Challenges:
- Creation of new product offering of online shopping channel.
- Test shopping channel pilot, measure results, develop if sales support it.
- No template or research to draw upon as it had never been done before.
- Early iTV days meant extreme limitations on what was possible.

- Channel was first of its kind as template for other iTV shopping channels.
- Conducted focus groups and interviews; iterated to improve overall experience.
- Partnered with client to allow user research data to drive design and development.
- Brainstorming, requirements gathering, presentation of working prototype.
